Noel is a deeply collaborative and community driven producer who has worked on a number of award-winning features and shorts including indie feature “Satu - Year of the Rabbit”. Having previously worked at BFI for 15 years where he programmed and ran early career development opportunities, Noel continues to provide programme development consultancy and events hosting to film schools and independent cinemas. He is currently developing a Bristol-based vertical micro-dramedy called Skate Dads.
