Suzy joined Aardman in 1996 on their first model animation course designed to train up animators for Chicken Run. Since then she has been involved in almost all of their long form productions. Suzy's love of character animation and comedy drives her passion and keeps her fascinated in the illusion of life that stop motion imbues. She has also directed on some of Aardman's best loved series and films and has been writer/directing for her own independent company Tea and Cake Productions. She also mentors for the Aardman Academy and presents her work at festivals throughout the UK and Europe.
