Véras Fawaz (1993) is a Dutch-Lebanese filmmaker, writer and musician based in Amsterdam. His films are precise and dreamlike: tightly controlled, often absurd, populated by ordinary people whose lives quietly come apart. He began on YouTube, then moved into music videos, short films and commercial work and is now developing his first feature.
