His senior year of high school, Wesley directed the short film nothing, except everything, which went viral on YouTube with over 9.3 million views. The film sold to Sony and Darren Aronofsky to be adapted into a feature, making Wesley the youngest director to ever land a major studio deal. He recently left Harvard to start Wesley Wang Media, betting that the next generation of films and franchises will be decided by audiences on digital platforms. Outside of film, Wesley is an 11-time National Champion and 6-time All-American in chess.
