Wilhelmina Silba is a Sámi-Kven writer and filmmaker based in Northern Norway. Her work balances contemporary Indigenous stories with dry Arctic comedy, cross-border lives, and quirky character dynamics. She is the writer behind 'Borderline', a short comedy set on the tri-border of Norway, Sweden, and Finland. After winning the Tromsø Palm and screening at festivals like imagineNATIVE and Palm Springs ShortFest, 'Borderline' is now playing at Encounters. Rooted in her Sea Sámi heritage, Wilhelmina focuses on character-driven humor and is currently in development on her debut feature film.
