Join the British Council, BFI NETWORK Southwest teams and fellow creatives, for a discussion-led group session on how (and when) to plan for and make the most of international pathways for you and your work. We’ll be inviting share-backs from peers fresh from the international film festival circuit and an opportunity to find out more about the British Council Travel Grant Fund, which supports the participation of UK writers, directors and producers at selected international film festivals for shorts, features and XR in official selection, as well as key development labs and pitching forums. The session particularly welcomes South West based creatives of all levels across animation, live action, documentary filmmaking and immersive.
To retain an inclusive, participatory format, the roundtable will be limited to 20 spaces –Encounters delegate passholders should pre-register for space – spots will be made available on the day if there are no-shows or cancellations.
