When masked US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents abduct a man from a residential street in Chicago without a warrant, his neighbors attempt to obstruct the vehicle carrying him from leaving their block. Continuing the form and language they developed with their Oscar nominated short “Incident”, director Bill Morrison and producer Jamie Kalven, working here with producer María Inés Zamudio, pieced together the CBP body-worn camera footage with the mobile phone footage shot by the neighbors to capture a specific moment in the rise of fascist policing in America.
